Shipping & Returns

At the present time, we are only able to ship within Canada. It’s just too risky otherwise (unfortunately).

We ship all items through Canada Post Xpresspost. Items should arrive within 5 business dates. All shipments will include a tracking number that we will send to you after payment. Please ensure that you write the correct shipping address on checkout as we may not be able to refund if it arrives at the wrong destination!

Because of the nature of the product, returns are not something we are able to do. We don’t give our address out for obvious reasons. Due to this fact, and do to the perishable nature of the product, refunds are also not possible at this time.

If you believe the product has been tampered with, or is faulty in some way, please email us at mindlift [ at ] proton.me. Please try to include images of the issue. We will do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution with our customers.
